No Mercy around here!

So it was time to get rid of the little baby/toddler basketball hoop and UPGRADE! Now Trey has to actually TRY and make the basket. And of course with the new hoop we did not put it on the lowest height because that did not require enough effort. Between our 2 families I would say being "competitive" is an understatement.
*Only 12 more days of bed rest...
Trying to shoot baskets while it was still being put together-lol
He Shoots...
Who doesn't love a good game of ball in ELMO PJ'S and slippers?
He Scores...
*The only thing is EVERY time he makes a basket we have to all clap and say YEA!!!!!

Boston's Belly Pics!

Well of course I had to do some belly pictures again because I could not have the ones of Trey and I out and not have any with Boston! So this time I wanted to do all different poses than I did with Trey--so this also meant coming up with another fun shot to do instead of "the candy shot". My fun shot this time is to humor my husband and his die hard beliefs for the 2nd Amendment-- literally my husband is a Glenn Beck watching, NRA belonging, CCW carrying Republican--so I knew he would LOVE this pose lol. There are so many that I LOVE!!! Seriously our photographer is the BEST!!!! (Her link is to the right under my favorite sites)
These pictures were taken at the exact same week I did them with Trey 33 weeks! Sorry there are so many of them but I couldn't pick and I want them on my blog CD...

Bed Rest:Day 4

Well today (day 4) of my bedrest Kristin, Presley, and Jaggar came over to spend the day with me! I can not thank her enough for doing this-such a great friend! She picked up all the toys, unloaded my dishwasher, fed the kids lunch, and put our dinner in the oven--AMAZING!!!!! I think Trey loved this as well because he had a playmate ALL day long-and they got to stay in their PJ's all day. Not going to lie I am getting a little "restless" because I think of all these things I could be doing and I CAN'T. No use getting antsy yet I still have 13 days to go...
At least Trey got to play forever outside!!!

Bubbles & Bedrest...

The cutest little buns ever!

Sooo as of yesterday it is bed rest for me so Boston will stay put!!! I had a feeling this was coming--I told Mark last Thursday after grocery shopping that I think the baby dropped. I think he probably thought I was over reacting, but sure enough at the appointment they confirmed he was ALL the way dropped and they could feel his head. I was also 70% effaced and 2 1/2 cm. dilated. (This is a little much for 33 weeks) This would explain my urge to walk like a penguin-lol-but I refuse to be that waddling pregnant person--in public at least-lol. We need to get to Feb. 12 so until then I have helpers seeing to it that I do NOTHING everyday-lol-funny now but I am not this kind of person so I would imagine by the end I am going to want pull all my hair out and just be alone in my house doing everyday things. I am extremely grateful I have so many people around me that care enough to do this, and I just have to keep thinking it is helping do something important otherwise I would completely lose my mind! I am so happy that I took my maternity pictures the day before my appointment-I would have been so sad if I didn't get to do them! I can not wait to see them!!!
Note to Boston: I think since I am going to be bored out of my mind for 17 days a nice, quick, swift delivery should be my reward-hahaha!

18 Months

Here you are eating some ribs before the game at Honeybears!

Aunt Sabriya's Basketball game
@ halftime of course you were down playing on the court--you wanted so badly to make that basket!
I dont even know where to start... The last 6 months you started doing so many new things!!!!

-You LOVE the toilet--yes a lovely habit any time anyone leaves the bathroom door open you run in open the lid and start playing!
-You have a BAD temper and are very impatient, but its funny to watch (the impatient thing not the temper)
-Besides the normal words you say "right there" and "over there" and your first person to pinpoint and say their name is Uncle Shaw which is so stinking cute!
-You heavily sign "all done" and "more" -You take about a 2 1/2 hour nap a day and go to bed between 8:00pm-8:30pm and then sleep for 12 hours--LOVE THIS!
-You LOVE cars and drive them all over the house--walls, appliances, furniture -You still are obsessed with animals DOGS in particular
-Your favorite shows are still Elmo and Yo Gabba Gabba other than that you don't really watch TV
-You LOVE balls and throw them all over the house with Daddy even though I say to throw them outside only!
-You also LOVE to be outside and having a backyard with your new jungle gym has been sooooo nice
-You LOVE your DADDY!!! As soon as you hear the garage at night you run to the door and say Dada
-One of the funniest things you have done lately: You, Daddy, & me were lying on the bed watching Forrest Gump (I hate this movie but it was on tv) and you were for some reason extremely into it--anyways the part with the little girl yelling "Run Forrest Run" comes on and you all of a sudden yell RUN 3 times in a row-you had never even said the word before so we could not stop laughing
-You eat with a fork and you are extremely well at it
-You absolutely LOVE my belly--anytime I lift my shirt up you will come running to it and say baby over and over and give it kisses
-Some of your favorite foods right now are Chinese, turkey meatloaf, and any fruit!
-You weigh in right at 26 lbs and still LOVE your milk

Well as of now I don't know how much time we have left just the 2 of us during the day but I am treasuring it!!!!! Because I know as soon as your brother comes there is a chance you might punish me for a little while for turning your little world upside down even though it will be GOOD for you and I know you will LOVE it in the long run.

Celebrating Boston's pending arrival!

After going back and forth about having a shower again for another boy (I was convinced this was not good etiquette) we decided to have a coed family and super close friends wiffle ball game inspired by Boston's name! It was so much fun and I am happy that Mark & Trey got to be a part of the celebration this time! We had so much fun creating a baseball atmosphere! We had hot dogs, popcorn, cracker jacks, Babe Ruths, and Red Vines! We did go with the Red Socks colors and logo but really neither of us are huge Red Socks fans or have even been to Boston for that matter--but we do LOVE the name! Of course we had to get a giant cake in the shape of a baseball. We are getting so excited to meet the newest member of our family. Hopefully he stays put for at least another 5 weeks so we can continue with our home birth plan!!!!

Trey's 1st Haircut

Well I finally gave in to the Daddy and let you get your 1st hair cut!! I LOVE your curls and knew they were getting long but didn't want to cut them yet. Luckily Aunt Shamara does hair for a living because she did AWESOME and I love it!!!! I don't know why I thought if we cut the curls down a little there would be a chance they went straight but so far so good! You did pretty good sitting there--but why wouldn't you you had a plate of ice cream and sprinkles and we let you eat it with your fingers. (Good thing Shamara can come to you if this becomes a habit every time)
