Trey's 2nd Birthday Party!

Today we had Trey's "friend" party. Yes our 2 year old has quite a few friends!!! Of course it was a basketball theme since he is OBSESSED. We had it at Tumbleweed Rec Center and rented tunnels, balls, mats, and of course hoops! Trey and his toddler friends got to run around for 1 hour and then we all went to another room for cake and presents!!! (Pure bliss for me not having it at our house lol) Thank you so much to every single person that took the time to come--it means so much to celebrate with you all!!!!

Today Trey went to his friend Brayden's 2nd birthday party! It was a luau complete with little pina coladas for the kiddos with umbrellas! These were a BIG hit. Then if you know the Fraley family this had a "Fraley" twist! They had a homemade slip n slide going down a hill slathered in Johnson's & Johnson's baby soap--then to top it off they stood at the top of the hill and sent the kids flying!!! Trey Loved it! (Now I am not sure, but I would say the dad's had their fair share of going down too!)

5 Months

I just think you have the sweetest face ever!!!! I love you so much!!!

At 5 months:

-You have eaten bananas, avocados, and sweet potatoes and I would say sweet potatoes are the favorite!

-You love tummy time

-You are reaching for everything now--I have to watch my dinner plate already :( I don't want you to be able to do this yet
-You are starting to notice when I leave the room
-You LOVE watching Trey and will just smile at him as he plays and does his thing
-You are teething, love chewing on everything and you drench your shirt with slobber while you chew

-You love the bath and the pool

-You hate putting your pajamas on

-So far you still have a quiet demeanor and I don't think you like big crowds like your brother did--it's so funny to see you coming into your own personality
-love playing with all your toys now of course chewing on them is a favorite
-you go to bed around 8:00 and wake up around 6:30 to eat and then go back to bed!!!

Boston you are just such a delight all the time. I love you to pieces and can't get enough of you--now if I could just slow time down...

Boston's Dedication Day!

Boston,

Today was your big day at church--you were dedicated!!! Daddy and I took you up onstage during the church service while the Pastor prayed/blessed over you. Then we came home and had a little party to celebrate with everyone who came to watch. With just our 2 families and 1 set of friends we had 20 people!!!! Daddy and I stayed up til midnight last night prepping the food and making frozen chocolate covered bananas covered with sprinkles!!! We can't wait to see where your little life takes you and the amazing things you will do. (Luke 2:27-28) Jesus also said: "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven." And He laid His hands on them and departed from there.
