To the DENTIST

The boys went to the dentist to get their teeth cleaned this morning, and they did great! This was Boston's 1st time and Trey did not do good last time so I was scared--so scared I scheduled it around when MiMi could come with us to help lol. Boston has NO cavities and perfect teeth! Trey has a broken one (we are still deciding what to do with that one) and 2 cavities--he is the sweets guy!

This is the look the nurse, doctor, and I got at Boston's whole visit--he didn't even get any shots!!! He also would barely talk when they spoke to him...it was FUN:)

Boston's Art Party

So this year for Boston's 3rd birthday I literally threw a party together in 8 days!!! At first we were just going to do a family thing then it had a tiny ART theme and then last minute I had 8 kids there lol--so PLEASE DO NOT feel bad if you were not there it was so last minute with no invitations!!! I got these FABULOUS art printables from the gals at Petite Party Studio, and then everything else I made lol!!!! Well except that cute little cake--I didn't bake that but I decorated it! The palette cookies and paint brush rice krispy treats were super easy thanks to pinterest! Of course it was pretty windy that day so my paper chain backdrop was blowing in the wind and not creating a backdrop lol--I also stole borrowed this idea from Petite Party Studio. Each child had a canvas and a paint brush, and painted their heart out. It was so low key and relaxing I LOVED it, and so did Bosty.

Tonight I let Boston stay up after Trey went to bed to help me with the Halloween cupcakes for our dinner tomorrow... He loved every second of not fighting Trey off to help stir or dump in the ingredients lol! Some of his grumpiness I could have dealt without, but it was worth it so he could have his special one on one time!!!

Mighty Mud Mania

This morning the boys, Shanel (yes I made my sister in law come because I am too slow at the moment to watch both boys in a open area alone lol), & myself got up early and headed out to the muddy madness at the park!!! It was CRAZY--like just throw their shoes away crazy because there was no way all that mud was ever going to let those shoes look the same lol! The boys had so much fun & it was so out of their normal element they didn't quite get it at first. Trey was completely covered in MUD--the best part was at the end firemen came and just hosed them all off lol. Boston was way more skeptical of the whole situation and didn't quite sit there and play like Trey did.
