Trey's field trip to Home Depot

Trey's preschool class went on a field trip to Home Depot this semester, and I was lucky enough that I got to go on it with him so thank you so much Shanel for watching the other 2!! They got a tour of the whole store, and then attended a workshop class, and after they completed their projects had an "Honorary Associate" ceremony lol. It was cute and Trey loved the whole thing!

These were the finished product of what they built!

Seeing where the shipments come in
Don't ask me why but they let the kids open all the sample doors and run in and out of them lol
Getting a lesson on how to cut wood
About to start building--see all those real hammers?!?!?

Trey's Birthday @ School

Since Trey has a summer birthday they rushed and did his fun celebration today at school--it was a cute little ceremony where Trey was the sun and he rotated around the earth, he brought in a picture from every year he has been alive, we filled out a story about him, & we made cookies for everyone. I think he thoroughly enjoyed being celebrated again!

1st Day of Preschool

After a 10 week summer break Trey started preschool again today... It was bittersweet, but I know he has been going stir crazy trapped in this apartment so it will AMAZING for him to have something to do again 2 times a week.  Of course his teacher is Mrs. Stacey again so that takes off a HUGE load because I love her!!! We didn't put together the cute little treats for his class because I was in the hospital for 3 hours last night lol, but they would have been cute (another post in itself)!!! Luckily I was back home and able to take a few pictures and take him to his 1st day today:)
Exactly 1 year apart to the day...

Working on life skills--washing his own cup when he was done (they use real glasses at his school to work on motor skills with glass & washing dishes)

Trey's last day of Preschool

Trey sharing the love during a lesson:)
Today was Trey's last day of school--to celebrate they had a Hungry Hungry Caterpillar party, and got to wear their pajamas to school. Everyone was assigned different foods from the book for them to munch on and they did a caterpillar craft. I am not sure Trey understands that he has a 10 week break before he sees Mrs. Stacey again, but I am sure in the next couple weeks it will set in.We are going to miss seeing Mrs. Stacey this summer for sure!!!!

Preschool in March

Even though Trey had a week off this month for spring break--he has done so much fun stuff this month at school! They had a Dr. Seuss party where Mrs. Stacey made them green eggs and ham and read lots of Dr. Seuss books. It was also dinosaur month so they got to excavate for fossils along with some other neat things.

Christmas Party at School

Trey's little get together at school today was so CUTE--and the parents were invited so I got to be apart of it which was fun:) The kids all wore their Christmas PJ'S and got to bring their pillows to watch a Christmas movie. They also all brought a wrapped book and did a present swap which was a HUGE hit. Then there were the cute little festive treats...I just LOVE Christmas, and I can not wait to LOVE it even more next year when we are hopefully in our Brand New Home--anyways that was a side note...

Feast at School

Today at school Trey had a mini Thanksgiving feast fun day-complete with pilgrim hats/bonnets! They were the cutest things ever!!! I know they cooked, ate, and made hand print turkey place mats other than that I don't get much detail out of him:)

I LOVE that he runs to me lol as everyone else walks...
